All rates in US Currency and are for single or double occupancy.
There is a $10.00 per night charge for each additional person in the room.
All rates subject to a 9% Accommodation tax.
Please note that the following dates have minimum stay requirements.
Easter Weekend: Holy Thursday - Easter Sunday
(For reservations during Easter weekend, there is a 4 night minimum)
Lobsterfest Weekend: Usually the last weekend in June
(For reservations during Lobsterfest weekend, there is a 2 night minimum.)
Christmas Week requires a 3 night minimum.
To confirm your reservation during these time frames we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We cannot put any temporary holds on rooms during these time frames..

Our office is open from 7 AM to between 8 – 9 PM daily.
Check-ins must be no later than 8 PM.
Check in time is 2:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Group rates available for 6 or more rooms.
**We require a deposit upon booking.**
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit per room or 1 nights deposit whichever is greater is required
to confirm booking. A 100% deposit is
required for all groups.
Cancellations:
0 - 29 days - No Refund
30 days or more - Full Refund

Sea House Retreat Studio Units!
All unit feature private bath with hot and cold running water, fully-equipped kitchenette area with butane stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and mini-fridge, small seating area for dining, double bed, air conditioning, cable television and Wi-Fi. Use of the bicycles and kayaks at the hotel is complimentary.

Rates are based on single and double occupancy. All units are considered "Self Catering" We provide a full housekeeping service once every seven days. For guest staying 1-week we can exchange towels and linens at the front desk. Additional housekeeping can be requested from the front desk for an extra US$12.50 per service
